MorDIFF-Quick Solution II
MorDIFF-Quick Solution II is an integral component of the MorDIFF-Quick rapid staining kit. It has been specially developed for use in microscopic analyses of blood and smear preparations. The substance methylene blue contained in the solution specifically stains basophilic cell structures, such as cell nuclei and certain cell organelles. The Sörensen buffer contained in the solution provides a stable pH environment to ensure an optimal staining reaction and to avoid staining artifacts. The added sodium azide serves as a preservative, ensuring the longevity of the solution. After using MorDIFF-Quick Solution II, the different cell types in the microscopic image can be easily identified and differentiated by the specific staining. This is particularly crucial in the diagnosis of various blood diseases.
