Phosphate buffer pH 7.0 is widely used in medical, histological and scientific laboratories. The chemical properties and composition of the phosphate buffer allow it to maintain a constant hydrogen ion concentration, which is essential for many scientific applications. The buffer shows resistance to pH changes caused by the addition of acids or bases.

The application enables reliable and stable experiments and analyses by maintaining a constant pH.

The molarity is 0.15 M, the osmolarity is 0.3 Osmol/L, and the buffer capacity is optimal in this pH range.
