SSC stock solution pH 7.0

The SSC stock solution pH 7.0 is used in biochemistry for washing and storing nucleic acids. It is particularly relevant in application areas such as Southern blot, in situ hybridization, DNA microarray and Northern blot. Its special suitability lies in the high concentration of sodium chloride and trisodium citrate, which help to ensure the stability of nucleic acids during experimental processes.
