Absorption-free in the visible spectrum, optically pure, free of streaks, bubbles, stripes. No lead , cadmium and thallium compounds and arsenic oxide. Even when excited in the near UV range (e.g. 365 nm) without interfering intrinsic fluorescence. Refractive index 1.5230.
