MorDIFF-Quick Fixative

MorDIFF-Quick Fixative is an essential component of the MorDIFF-Quick rapid staining kit. It is specifically designed for the fixation of cells in blood and smear preparations. The main component, methanol, is used to preserve cellular structures and prepare them for subsequent staining. This is done by denaturing proteins and dehydrating the cells, resulting in a hard and stable matrix. The fixative also contains true green FCF, a dye that provides additional visual contrast.
