MorDIFF-Quick Solution I

MorDIFF-Quick Solution I is designed as an essential component of the MorDIFF-Quick rapid staining kit. It is used for staining blood and smear preparations to enable effective microscopic analysis. Application of the solution to slides results in specific staining of various cellular components, with Eosin G responsible for visualizing eosinophilic structures such as cytoplasm. Sörensen buffer stock solutions A and B allow the maintenance of an optimal pH to optimize the staining reaction and minimize artifacts. The included sodium azide preserves the solution and improves shelf life. After application of MorDIFF-Quick Solution I, the stained preparations become visible under the microscope, enabling the identification and differentiation of various cell types, which is particularly crucial in the diagnosis of blood diseases.
