Kalkex D is used to decalcify diatom shells, while the phosphate buffer provides pH adjustments. Pancreatin, an enzymatic digester, helps remove organic contaminants. SAFELINE preservative solution preserves specimens and NAPHRAX improves clarity under the microscope.
