Triazid after EHRLICH (Working Solution)
The EHRLICH triazide (working solution) is a specially developed staining solution for the histological examination of cell nuclei and other cellular structures in plant and animal tissues. Especially in medical diagnostics, it enables visualization of morphological changes and pathological processes in tissue samples.
The chemical properties of the working solution are based on a mixture of a diluted triazide according to Ehrlich (stock solution) and a small amount of acetic acid. In the stock solution, methyl green, acid fuchsin and orange G are dissolved in deionized water. The addition of acetic acid stabilizes the solution and optimizes the staining properties of the individual dyes.
The functioning of the solution is based on the affinity of the dyes for specific cell structures, which allow differentiated visualization and analysis. This is particularly important for use in histology, medical diagnostics and life sciences, where precise and high-contrast staining of tissue samples is required.
