Technovit® 4000 is a fast-curing cold-curing 3-component resin based on modified polyester in the form of powder and syrup I and syrup II. Its primary application is the casting of materials for subsequent grinding and polishing of surfaces.

In histology, Technovit® 4000 is used to bond specimen blocks to microscope slides. Especially on plastic slides, Technovit® 4000 offers optimal adhesion properties.
