Triazid after EHRLICH (Stock Solution)
The EHRLICH triazide (stock solution) is a staining solution that has been described in scientific publications for the histological examination of cell nuclei and other cellular structures in plant and animal tissues. Particularly noteworthy is its suitability for medical diagnostics, where the staining solution helps to visualize morphological changes and pathological processes in tissue samples.
Chemically, the staining solution consists of a combination of methyl green, acid fuchsin and orange G dissolved in deionized water. The different dyes interact specifically with different cellular components, resulting in high contrast staining. Methyl green binds to DNA, revealing cell nuclei, while acid fuchsin and orange G provide differential staining of other cellular structures.
The operation of this stain is based on the affinity of the dyes for specific cellular structures, allowing differential visualization and analysis. Compared to similar products, the triazide according to EHRLICH (stock solution) is characterized by its versatile applicability and its differentiated representation of cell structures. This makes the staining solution particularly suitable for use in histology, medical diagnostics and life sciences.
