Thank you for your interest in our products. As a producer and supplier of chemicals and laboratory aids, we are subject to certain legal requirements. As a result, some of the chemicals we offer may not be selled to private individuals.
This sales ban is also a purchase ban and applies to all chemicals that or their components are classified as toxic or carcinogenic. The H&P rates of the current safety data sheet are decisive. Since we primarily sell to business customers, all private persons who place orders with us are obliged to inform themselves sufficiently whether the desired items may be purchased at all!
If you would like to place an order in your personal name and address, we need the following certificates from you:
If you would like to order the substances as a professional user (doctor's surgery, laboratory, animal breeding or agricultural business, etc.), or on behalf of a company that works mainly with these chemicals, a hospital or a research institution, we ask you to send us a written order (fax, letter, email with PDF document on the letterhead) together with the above-mentioned certificates and declarations and to place the order again with this letter.
As proof of expertise, you can send us an official certificate of expertise for handling hazardous substances, a degree in chemistry or pharmacy or a vocational certificate for a chemical or pharmaceutical technical assistant as well as your poison certificate.

At this point we explicitly point out that chemicals classified as toxic or carcinogenic (e.g. formalin, methanol, etc.), regardless of their concentration, may NOT be sold to private individuals! If you are unable to provide the above-mentioned proofs and nevertheless order one of these products from us, we reserve the right to charge a lump sum for the cancellation of your order amounting to 10% of the order value, but at least 25,- EUR!
