TECHNOVIT® Universal Liquid 2060, 3040, 5071
Technovit® 3040 is a fast-curing 2-component resin based on methymethacrylate (MMA). For blocking and fixing embedded plastic specimens with the Histobloc or also for base embedding. Due to the chemical composition, a stable, permanent bond with the cured block Technovit® 7100, Technovit® 8100 or Technovit®9100 is given.
The 3040 powder is dissolved in the universal liquid. It is then pourable and moldable for a few minutes before it sets very quickly.
