Papanicolaou’s Solution - EA65 (PAP 3d)
Papanicolaous solution EA65 (PAP 3d) is used in cytology to fix specimens from fluids and tissues so that they can be examined for microscopic purposes. The solution is often used to fix cells for the Pap test, which examines cells from the cervix or vagina for signs of abnormality. EA65 is also used to fix blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and other biological fluids collected for the purpose of microscopic examination.
